Double-blind crossover design
Twelve volunteers (aged 240.8 years) challenged by treadmill
running at 40% VO2max until a body mass decline of 3% below.
During recovery, subjects consumed drink containing pure
water or DOW at an amount equivalent to 1.5 fold of their
body mass loss.
