1. Responding to Globalization
- It can be challenges because we must face the strong brand that had in other
country, the culture policy, law and currency of the country when we enter the

globalization.
This also an opportunity to us because when go to globalization we had the new
market and also find a new culture that can be advantage to create goods by their

culture.
2. Improving Quality and productivity
- It can be challenges because it need to specialty on the product and done a lot of

research and advance in technology.


It also can be opportunity if the organization already has the entire specialty and
facilities.

3. Improving people skills.


- It can be challenges to improve people skill because the managers need to think a
new way to improve the employees skill like training. If the managers fail to improve
the employees skill, it will be a bit trouble to the company because change in
technology, structural changes, environmental changes is accelerated at a faster rate

in business field.
It also can be opportunity to company if the manager success to improve the
employees skill. It will make the company follow the trend of business.

4. Helping employees Balance work-life conflicts.


- It can be challenges to get know the employees personal matter. The manager
needs to talk to the employees that have personal problem and try to find a way
helping he/she. For example give a flexible working hour for those have problem.
The manager also needs to design or create a peaceful workplace to make a positive

environment working place.


It can be opportunity to the company if they helping employees balance work-life
conflicts because the company can maintain the quality employees and can reduce
the stress of the employees.

5. Improving Ethical Behavior.


- It can be challenges to improving the ethical behavior if there a lot of unethical
practice or misconduct behavior in the company. The manager need to envelope
evolve code of ethics to guide employees through ethical dilemmas. Manager also

can do seminar, working workshop to improve the ethical behavior.


It can be opportunity to company if there have a good ethical behavior among the
employees. It can increase the company name and can give a positive environment
in working place.
