How to defeat Wahhabi terror!

INTROduction
The terrorist attacks in Paris and Brussels should make us
fully aware of several things.
Firstly, that in European territory, we are facing trained, instructed, and committed enemies, able to carry out complex operations.
These cells are able to live in total secrecy and prepare
their attacks without attracting the attention of the intelligence services. They choose their targets carefully, for
both a symbolic (international airports, targets in European districts, concert halls) and crippling (metro lines, airways) effect.
Another lesson is that we seem to be at the limit of what
the state can do in terms of police presence and military
deployment, but also effectiveness in terms of
prevention (intelligence, etc.). This implies
that ahead of time, we must also fight against
the sponsors of terrorism in order to eradicate the threat.
The worst lesson of all this is that we

are at war, a war for which we are in no way prepared And

yet, No Terror had repeatedly said that the danger was well
and truly there!
This new brochure is intended to give a precise idea of
the threat as it stands, but also to remind people that this
threat is being financed and supported by countries such as
Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia!
This publication also hopes to denounce the double standards of the West (and particularly the French and
US governments), which
tries to sort the horror
by trying to talk about
good and bad jihadist
groups. As if there could
be good and bad terrorists, as if there could
be
moderate terrorists
This brochure is
specially dedicated to the
victims of November 13th in Paris and March
22nd in Brussels, and to this whole mess,
which
could
have been avoided

We are facing, in European

territory, trained, instructed,
and committed enemies.

BELGIAN TERRORISTS: TAKING STOCK (SITUATION IN MAY 2016)

There are 611 (!) Belgian jihadists who
have at one time or another been active
on the Syrian and Iraqi fronts.

Which makes Belgium proportionally one of the largest suppliers of jihadists, for an average of
52 per million inhabitants. Kosovo and
Bosnia are the only two countries that
get a better score

AUTHORITY

In terms of membership, it is estimated that 75% of Belgian jihadists have

joined ISIS. The others have joined
various other jihadist groups persuasions: Katibat al-Battar al-Libi (a battalion composed largely of fighters
from Libya), Jabhat al-Nusrah (Al-Qaeda in Syria) and Suqour al-Sham.
75 of them have been members of
Sharia 4 Belgium.
22 are from the movement that existed around the activist Jean-Louis
Denis.

57 are from the movement surrounding the preacher Khalid Zerkani, a
movement directly related to the attacks on Paris and Brussels.
4 are from the network formed
around the Belgian Islamic Center and
its founder Sheikh Bassam al-Ayashi at
the time.

It should also be noted that 96 Belgian jihadists have been killed on the
same two fronts (including 6 in suicide attacks). Consequently, there are
246 returnees present in Belgium

MEMBERSHIP
OF BELGIAN JIHADISTS

SOCIOLOGY

9% were women.

6% were converts.
Their age varies

from 14 to 69
years. The average age is around
26 years.
The vast majority of jihadists
come from Brussels, Antwerp, Vilvoorde and Mechelen (in order of
magnitude).
It is estimated that there are still 269
of them currently present in these
conflict zones!

ISIS

Others (Jabhat al-Nusra,

Suqour al-Sham, etc.)

FRENCH TERRORISTS: TAKING STOCK (SITUATION IN JANUARY 2016)

There are 1215 (!) French jihadists
who have at one time or another been
active on the Syrian and Iraqi fronts.

SOCIOLOGY

30% were women.

20% were converts.

It should also be noted that 142

French jihadists have been killed on
the same two fronts.
Consequently, there are nearly 500
French returnees who have returned
to France, but others have spread to
many other countries

Imagine that only 10% of these people

have returned to create terrorist cells!

It is estimated that there were still

577 of them present in these conflict
zones at the time!

Imagine that only 10%

of these people have
returned to create terrorist
cells!

A GRIM ASSESSMENT
Here is the bleak table of jihadist
terrorism. It covers the attacks perpetrated by jihadist movements (mainly ISIS,
Boko Haram, Al-Qaeda, the Taliban and
Somali Al-Shabab) from January 2015 to
the day after the attacks in Brussels at the
end of March 2016.
It obviously does not include crimes perpetrated on a daily basis and in great
numbers (too great to be included here)
by jihadists in Syria and Iraq.
Here, we are only talking about actions directed solely against civilians. It does not

take into account military operations, of

which many civilians are nonetheless often victims!
This gives a total of in 15 months no
fewer than 61 major terrorist attacks,
which caused 1,881 deaths!
This is no longer simply terrorism; its
war on a worldwide scale! So we must
therefore take strong measures against
all those who are waging this war on us,
and against countries supporting them:
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, etc

It turns out the Saudis a

financing Wahhabi mosq
organizations all over the
including in Europe.

WHO IS SUPPORTING THEM?

Many people say the Islamic State
is self-financed. Western media has
given details of the sums of money coming from captured oil wells
or allegedly stolen from Mosuls
banks, after its capture by ISIS. But
fuel smuggling and looting some Iraqi banks can hardly be sufficient to
fund an Islamic State that controls
an area larger than the UK Millions
of dollars come from outside to fund
ISIS in its wars in Iraq and Syria. The
question must be asked: where could
this money come, if not from Saudi
Arabia or Qatar?

SAUDI ARABIA
A true Wahhabi connection has
been established, which has allowed
Saudi Arabia to destabilize the world
by exporting its radical Islam for the
last 40 years!
Wikileaks publication of tens of thousands of confidential documents from

the Saudi Ministry of Foreign

Affairs gives an idea of the way
in which Saudi money is distributed to disseminate these
extremist ideas: https://wikileaks. org/saudi-cables/press.
It has been accepted that it was
the Saudis who financed the
Taliban Emirate in Afghanistan.
And not to mention terrorism;
it turns out the Saudis are financing Wahhabi mosques
and organizations, including
in Europe, and especially in
the Balkans.
Other experts believe that the
funding comes from princely
factions, influential preachers and directors of charitable
works in order to avoid directly
involving the Royal Palace.
Saudi Arabia is a fundamentalist and medieval kingdom
whose leaders leave the major-

the world,

ity of the people in ignorance,

with all education very much
oriented around reading the
Koran. But Riyadh has considerable power both influential
and harmful thanks to its oil
money, and uses it to play the
pyromaniac by exporting Wahhabism, which causes the rejection afflicting many Muslims
around the world. It should be
remembered that if Islamist
terrorism has spread in many
countries since 1980, it has
been thanks to the support of
Saudi Arabia, and also that of
Qatar. This is why Riyadh has
never sought to fight ISIS. In
terms of terrorism, despite the
fact that Saudi Arabia has given
100 million dollars to the UNs
anti-terrorist program, and that
the countrys grand mufti has
denounced the Islamic State/
ISIS as enemy number one,
many radical Salafists across

the Middle East receive ideological

and financial support from within
the kingdom. According to a note
from the US State Department,
Saudi backers constituted The
most important source of funding for Sunni terrorist groups
worldwide.
It is certain that the group Jaich
al-Islam a movement just as
bloodthirsty and jihadist as ISIS,
and whose name means Army of
Islam is widely supported by
Saudi Arabia!

QATAR TOO !
This is the opinion of Development
Assistance, Gerd Mller, who openly points to the State of Qatar. Incidentally, the State of Qatar is more
attracted by Jabhat al-Nusra, which
is the orthodox historical channel
of al-Qaeda in Syria.
Qatar is nothing but a micro-state,
insignificant, without past or future, whose successive sovereigns

only quality is to be born as owners of considerable hydrocarbon

resources, from which they derive
huge incomes. This artificial country is made up of two million inhabitants, of which just over 10%
are Qataris.

The West also supports

these terrorist groups in
its own way. This is done
through a hypocritical policy
which, for example, is trying
to clear the Syrian branch
of Al-Qaeda (the Al-Nusra
Front) of accusations of terrorism by a simple change
of name. Indeed, the Al-Nusra Front recently changed its
name (it is now called Jabhat
Fatah al-Sham).

WAHHABI FASCISM !
Wahhabism has spawned Saudi Arabia,
one of the most backward countries on
the planet!
For example, did you know that in
the country, unmarried women must
have a male g uardian (whether its
their father, brother, cousin, etc.) until
marriage, who will keep a close eye on
them? Such women wont be able to go
on trips or do any significant traveling
without their guardian The legal code
is also very close to
what ISIS proposes:
the death penalty for
Saudi Arabia is
blasphemy, amputawhat you get when
tion for theft, stoning
the Islamic State
and whatnot The
polemicist Eric Zemsucceeds!
mour even goes so far
as saying that Saudi
Arabia is what you
get when the Islamic
State succeeds!

To better understand the Saudi initiative, we must first understand what

Wahhabism really is. It is a fundamentalist and extremist vision of Islam. A
vision which could be branded as sectarian, and which denies all rights for
women and religious minorities.
It draws its references from the writings of Abdul Wahhab.

And lets not talk about freedom of

expression, because weve all heard
about the gruesome fate of that Saudi
blogger, sentenced to 1,000 lashes for
writing articles which displeased those
in power In Saudi Arabia, some 2,000
people have been killed since 1985,
with their decapitated bodies often left
in public places to serve as a warning.
According to Amnesty International,
torture to extract confessions is also
practiced in the country. Shiite Muslims
are victims of discrimination, and women are deprived of their fundamental
rights having to ask permission from
a man before even being able to travel
or accept paid employment.
Even talk of atheism is a terrorist offense! This is the result of a longstanding pact between a wealthy monarchy
and a fanatical clergy.
This ideological closeness with the
worst jihadist terrorists helps us understand why Saudi Arabia seems to have

consistent links with many terrorist

groups. And this closeness to international terrorism is far from new. On
the site www.noterror.eu, we already
talked about the 28 pages which remained classified as secret in a US
report on the September 11th attacks,
which reportedly showed Saudi involvement in planning and carrying out the
attacks on September 11th, 2001.
Lets remember that 15 of the 19 September 11th hijackers were Saudis. Lets
remember that Osama bin Laden was a
Saudi. Lets remember that for a long
time, it was Saudi Arabia who financed
the Taliban government in Afghanistan.
And today, all experts agree that many
jihadist groups in Iraq and Syria are
backed by Saudi Arabia.
The origin of this special relationship
between the Saudis and jihadists can
be found during the war in Afghanistan,
against the Soviet occupation. A war in
which both the Saudi secret services (al
Mukhabarat al Aamah General Intelligence Directorate) and those of Pakistan

(Inter-Services Intelligence ISI) supportAll experts agree

The ties between
Saudi Arabia and
jihadists are confirmed and long-standing. We know that
Sunnis who do not adhere to their noit is the Saudis who fund the Salafist tertion of Islam.
rorist group Islamic Front and Al-NusOne reason for the development of this
ra Front (the official Syrian branch of
extremism is the policy of European
Al-Qaeda) in Syria. Just as we know that
countries, which let Saudi Arabia to do
they have also financed ISIS, at least in
whatever it likes, as for as financing radits early stages
ical Islamist movements is concerned.
ISIS comes straight out of the retrograde
and ultra-radical minority branch of Islam that Wahhabism represents.
These extremists are attacking everyone: the West, of course, and France in
particular. But also the Russians, Egyptians, Pakistanis, Lebanese, Hezbollah,
the Iranians, Christians, Shiites and

HOW CAN WE FIGHT TERRORISM ?

We must punish sponsors of terrorism
such as Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia
by the only means that will affect them:
a drastic decrease or discontinuation
of purchasing oil!
And if necessary, well have to go all the
way to cutting off all relations with Saudi
Arabia and Turkey!
When it comes to intelligence, there is
a need for international cooperation
between all participants involved in the
fight against jihadist groups: Russia,
Iran and Syria.
We need to fight not only ISIS, but
also other terrorist groups which are
often less publicized but no less dangerous, such as (non-exhaustive list):
Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement
of the Free People of the Levant
Jaysh al-Islam Army of Islam

A
l-Nusra Front actually Al-Qaeda in Syria
Liwa al-Tawhid The Brigade of
Oneness

We must prevent the growth and

spread of Salafist and Wahhabi propaganda throughout the world!

A drastic decrease
or discontinuation
of purchasing oil!

10

TO REMEMBER!
There are hundreds of former jihadists who have returned to Europe, a number of which are determined to carry
out terrorist acts.
Today, terrorism has launched a genuine war on a worldwide scale! So we must therefore take strong measures
not only against our enemies, but also against countries
supporting them: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, etc
Many experts confirm what all Western states know: Saudi
Arabia and Qatar are among the greatest financial backers
of various terrorist groups in Syria, such as ISIS/Islamic
State and Al-Qaeda!
Wahhabism is a kind of retrograde vision of Islam. This
ideology could be compared to a sort of fascism!
To defeat Islamist terrorism, we must:
Fight ALL terrorist groups,
Co-operate in matters of security with all countries
opposing jihadism,
Fight the spread of Salafist and Wahhabi ideology,
Sanction and boycott countries supporting the terrorists
(Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey).

Jihadism has launched

a genuine war
on a worldwide scale!
