Date: 3007/2015 ‘Committee Forming Memo No. $3-09-2015, Subject: alfanar HSE Committee Ensuring appropriate healthy and safe environment for our employees and visitors as well as protecting our assets from potential hazards (eg. fre) is primary requirement which must be sustainably met. {tis the accountability of the business managers (Factory, branch ..) to prov premises; It was als already decided that each business manager will appoint safety representative in| fea healthy and safe environment in their respective usiness unit, this represent will act as point of contact to promote and implement alfanar standard and best practices in his respective peemi In order to facilitate the access to these best practices and further activate this network of HSE representatives, it has been decided to form the alfanar HSE Committee, ‘This committee is designed to assess and enhance safety systems, and maximize knowledge transfer, manage training, and Implementation of the HSE procedures among manufacturing, sales, and support units, as well as assuring on-going readiness of qualified and well prepared safety representatives within their respective working areas fo supervise, moniter, and ensure the overall HSE conditions are well set and applied. Objective ‘To promote and ensure the best implementation of HSE practices covering processes, premises, usage of vehicles, human and Roles & Responsibilities > Propose a yearly plan per business unit (with related budget) taking in consideration the situation ofall units and other factors il defense requirement. Monitor the execution ofthe agreed plan and provide support as much as needed. Busitess managers remain fully responsible for such as international standards, national laws, insurance inspection reports and requirements, ci the effective deployment, in their respective premises, ofthe agreed plan which i to be integrated in the respective business plan. > Perform regular on-site review and report on identified hazards or possible improvements > Provide a quarterly epor to alfanar management on the status of overall HSE activities and plan progress with successful practices and pending issues, This report shall cover (but is aot limited to) topes about: + Accident analysis. + Completeness of HSE Systems per unit + civil defense cenificetes + HSE KPIs * Positive points, negative points and related corrective and preventive actions, and opportunity for improvements. 1 Review of firefighting system effectiveness.
