Duties:

I served on the Employee Council and as a member I used my communication skills to inform and act as a
mediator for employees.
I worked alongside the other members, and the Federal Screening Director to collaboratively develop ideas to
improve both security processes as well as the work environment.
I was a member of the Newsletter for ORF/PHF airports. I developed ideas for articles and interview the
workforce for a variety of articles. These articles were meant to provide information as well as create a
community amongst the workforce.
I was an OSARP (On Screen Alarm Resolution Protocol) monitor and with that I trained new employees on
how to perform OSARP in baggage. I also informed and updated supervisors about the employees progress
in training.
I have led information briefings concerning sensitive information to the workforce.

supervisors, managers and Law Enforcement Officers.

PASS program.
