Duties:
I served on the Employee Council and as a member I used my communication skills to inform and act as a
mediator for employees.
I worked alongside the other members, and the Federal Screening Director to collaboratively develop ideas to
improve both security processes as well as the work environment.
I was a member of the Newsletter for ORF/PHF airports. I developed ideas for articles and interview the
workforce for a variety of articles. These articles were meant to provide information as well as create a
community amongst the workforce.
I was an OSARP (On Screen Alarm Resolution Protocol) monitor and with that I trained new employees on
how to perform OSARP in baggage. I also informed and updated supervisors about the employees progress
in training.
I have led information briefings concerning sensitive information to the workforce.
I have provided information in the form of reports concerning prohibited items found. These reports aid
supervisors, managers and Law Enforcement Officers.
I have assisted employees with setting up their yearly career plans as well as assisted with data entry into the
PASS program.
I maintained vigilance to ensure that passengers did not circumvent security. I was trained to provide
immediate assistance in the case of any security breaches.
I remained up-to-date on all standard operating procedures and executed them accordingly. I was trained to
use a variety of equipment including: X-Ray, AIT (Advanced Imaging Technology), and ETD (Explosive
Trace Detector) machines.
Substantial experience and outstanding skills in customer service with six years experience at Eckerd/Rite
aid Pharmacy including four in management.

receipts, and coupons.
I would help do activity stations for the museum guests to participate in, including an arts and crafts table,
and touch tanks.
I was trained to use the equipment from the astrology department including several different types of
telescopes.
I served as an usher for the planetarium, and have operated the show on several occasions.
I acted as classroom assistant in a class to third grade students for an all-day summer school on astrology.
