OCT 4TH, todays clinical was in the perioperative setting. You got to see a couple of surgeries and following one patient.

Oct 11th, 2016: todays clinical was with a patient with encephalitis. You assessed an iv that was no longer usable, and
spoke with physicians for orders. You are doing great, You have a kind and caring bedside manner. Good Job

Oct 18th, 2016: Todays clinical was in REU with two patients, one with a gi bleed and the other with ARF. You
administered IV push medications and learned the importance of closely monitoring the patient when pushing a
cardiac med. The nurse you worked with only had good things to say. Good job on your care plan and evaluations. You
passed your clinical this week.
