Braila's urban landscape, green system and public space Client: Braila Municipality Year: 2012 Position: Coordinator Brief description: Analyze in depth the three components of the urban landscape of Braila: the planted system, the city relationship with the Danube, and the public spaces. The approach is qualitative, pointing out the elements of ambiance, urban morphology and urban identity shaped as a result of an historical relationship with the Danube. The study follows three main lines of investigation: 1) morphology - structure 2) space-configuration 3) perception - meaning.

OF PERIPHERIES - EXPERT STUDY FOR THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC CONCEPT FOR BUCHAREST AND ITS TERRITORY OF INFLUENCE 2035 (CSB2035) Client: Bucharest Municipality Year:2012 Position: Author Brief description: Design of the integrated sustainable development vision for Bucharest peripheries at the horizon of 2035, having a component of landscape assessment and development guidelines. Outposts of the city growth, peripheral territories are also ambiguous, transient areas, partially neglected by the urban planning process, with a contradictory and deeply heterogeneous landscape, often socially vulnerable, and fragile at environmental and ecological level. But these zones are also rich in potential intervention, in processing capacity.

GENERAL URBAN PLAN OF BRAILA CITY Client: Braila Municipality Year:2011-ongoing Position: Project Manager Brief description: Updating the General Urban Plan of Braila City, is an work that has proposed not only to follow the correct and official methodology, but its completion and correction, included in this process the spatial development strategy of the city, outlining a vision that is based on four pillars : - social - heritage - economic - administrative Each of these pillars has a correspondent in specific and measurable policy intervention in urban space, reflecting the spatial-functional organization of the city. The main idea under which sat the vision of whole re-organization of Braila is the need of the city to re-return to the Danube "as emblematic element of Braila becoming and also mark the city's identity.

UNIVERISTY CAMPUS OF STEFAN CEL MARE
UNIVERSITY SUCEAVA Client: Stefan cel Mare University Suceava Year:2012 Position: Project Manager Brief description: The University Campus for Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, started from the need to comply with the necessary educational spaces for students and teachers, but it had correlated with the possibility of regional revitalization through the large-scale integrated project. The proposed solution consists in organizing future campus under a unified concept based on a functional scheme harmonized with the natural conditions of the site. It primarily aims to open the city dialogue with the natural landscape, leading to a sustainable long-term investment, by an economic and flexible use, phasing investment and attractive space-ambient spaces. It takes into account the concentration of built spaces education-research-sports-nutritionaccommodation-in area adjacent county road, minimizing the costs of extending utilities in depth site. Besides education research facilities, the campus includes culture area, an olympic pool, a polyvalent hall, sports courts, and a large dendroecological complex and greenhouses, most for horticulture, forestry and dendrology students activities of experimentation and research.

Client: The National Sport Complex Lia
Manoliu, Bucharest Municipality Year:2004 Position: Project Manager Brief description: The National Sports Complex "Lia Manoliu" is an urban, landscape and architectural unit of value in Bucharest, its specialized sport profile being combined with a park and leisure area, around a natural lake. . The Urban and Landscape master plan aimed to obtain: - A better relationship in the city context - as accesses, circulation, parking, relationships with other adjacent functions - Re-composing the the whole planted system inside the complex and in relationship with the vicinity - A better resolution in organizing the pedestrian, bicycles, and cars circulations, accesses, planted areas and buildings - Creating prestigious points (platza) in accordance with its status in the city

FOR THE TOURIST SPA CENTRE AT MOVILA MIRESII, BRAILA COUNTY
Client: Braila County Council
Year:2010 Position: Project Manager Brief description: The study revealed the landscape of this place with the possibility of inserting a tourism pole respecting local character, imprinted by a real authenticity. The proposed solution is based on a sequence of three sheaths: the Lake ( with healing properties, the spa activities generated by it, and the green protection area that will contain the first two. The central idea is based on as judicious use of the territory and inserting it into a way that fit best with the cultural rural character of the place.

ZONAL URBAN PLAN AND LANDSCAPE
STUDY FOR TINERETULUI PARK, BUCHAREST
Client: Bucharest Municipality
Year: 2005 Position: Technical Manager Brief description: Both by the position in the city and by its internal composition, Tineretului Park is a distinctive element in the system of planted areas of the city. It is approached by this project both as a green pole with diverse recreational, relaxation and sport activities, and as a educational and knowledge pole. This dual structure of the park is seen as an evolving one with a degree of flexibility, but keeping its special character by some keyelements. The entire composition of vegetation is re-designed as to encompass an unity in diversity: the unifying elements being the lake, the relief (part of the south cornish of the Dambovita River), and the main axis projected from the beginning.

LANDSCAPE STUDY FOR REHABILITATION OF
THE HISTORICAL PARCK NICOLAE ROMANESCU , CRAIOVA (competition)
Client: Craiova Municipality
Year: 2010 Position: Co-Author Brief description: The landscape intervention in this hystorical park of Craiova, follows two main types of ambiances still present in the initial project: 1) area with a passive and contemplative ambient, mostly with education facilities and with a high representative elements in the north of the park; 2) area with a more active atmosphere , with dynamic sports and recreational activities, in the south of the park. Between this two main areas of ambiance and different activities there is a third one- a junction community zone- the area of the great lake and restaurants.

MASTER PLAN FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT AROUND THE HIPPODROME COMPLEX, PLOIESTI Client: Ploiesti Municipality Year: 2009 Position: Technical Manager Brief description: The Hippodrome complex, located in the southern part of the City of Ploiesti, is approached as a cluster of urban development for this peripheral area of the city. The solution proposed a clotting of the main public interest around this recreational and sports pole , as well as an urban and landscape treatment of the Ploiesti southern entrance from the main road. In the same time, this master plan deals with the community intentions to develop residential and tertiary services areas, in difficult conditions of severe restrictions due to existing oil and gas routes adduction.
