Correct assembly and installation are very important for safe operation of the storage rack system.
Read the Installation Manual carefuly before starting the assembly/installation.
Keep the manual close, when assembly/install the rack. Follow all the steps presented in this
Manual for quick and correct assembly/installation!
The installation should be in accordance with EN 15620 normative.

3 Fixing the Frames to the Ground.

Each Base will be bolted to the floor with 3 pcs. Expansion Bolts!
Before rack anchored to the floor to be diagonal checked! (Measure from the edge on
both sides). The deviation may not exceed 2mm. (red arrow)

4 Mount the Metal Trays

No fixing for the Trays is required. The Trays rests on the beams.
Start mounting the Metal Trays from the bottom and complete each level.
Each bay will have 12 Trays (there are 4 levels and each level have 3 Trays)

5 Top Cover

Top Cover is an accessory and is not always requested by the client!

If present on the site, this will be used by the customer after loading the Trays, to
cover the load on the top!
