In this article I found many great points on how a great coach and their methods could
change the game on an individual player. How the psychological aspect of coaching can enhance
an athletes swing or even the way they approach? It discusses how a coach can teach a golfer to
focus on the fundamentals and that alone helps the golfer from staying in the rough by what
they say. This source is very creditable being peer reviewed by the PGA tour comity for the
discrepancy of the game.
Carvell, S. (2015). A Masterclass in Golf Psychology: 'Taking Players
and Coaches from Good to Great'. Sport & Exercise Psychology Review, 11(2), 98-99.

In this article it discusses the 11 key elements that a great coach does different from the
other coaches. By in a sense caring about what they can control such as their program and their
athletes. How they can control the effort their kids are putting forward to help develop
themselves but also to prepare to win games. How coaches show their true colors or what they
really care about such as the greats care about their athletes before themselves. This source was a
tramontane help to be able to see what people or coaches truly thought or the traits they
expedited.

In this article I was able to see the statistical results of a study about injuries or better yet
how to better prevent them from the coaching stand point. It gave numbers on how many people
are truly evolved in helping the coaches and parents prevent injuries. To be able to see the
numbers on this study truly helped be able to show that not only coaches care about their athletes
but that they are seeking help to make sure that they can play longer. I felt this source is
creditable because the study was done by the head of the European soccer league.

In this article, I found the statistical information about injuries astonishing. That not only
do athletes get hurt while playing their sport but that some will even get a small injury that could
become a major problem just through training. Overtraining has become a huge problem because
of the need for scholarships or the fact that is what parents tell their kids that they must have to
be able to go to college; in some cases, that is true. This article was very useful because being an
athlete it clears up many foggy areas in my playing career.

This article shows that coaches can insure that most athletes are more worried about the
landing of their career when the coaches are worried about the flight of the athlete. This article
was peer reviewed by the NCAA and also the head of the NFL to insure that all athletes journey
in the air is more important than the landing that they have.

This article helped me understand how coaches and even players whip have a statue or a
stadium named after them earn that right. For many of these coaches it was a long and hard
fought road but now people remember the many championships or even the lives that they have
touched through the school to earn the highest honor in some programs

This article shows that not only coaches can good for athletes but maybe even the
animals that they ride. This article is based off a horseman or jokey coach trying to improve both
the rider and the horse he is riding. For many people they wouldnt understand the time and
effort that goes in to it.

This article discusses the mixed emotions one would have at this particular hall of fame
ceremony and in a sense how many people feel during any hall of fame ceremony.

This article discusses how a woman cant coach in a male dominate sport but yet a male
can coach a women dominated sport. This is a huge crisis in the sport world and even in todays
society. For many of us we feel the need to stand up to this tradition due to the fact it has gone
on so long.

The process is more about how to develop the athlete to take on the work environment
not only on the football field but in the class room. To help them get ready for the world outside
of football but also to insure that they will be successful.

This is about how a coach can go from a high school level job to being one of the most
successful coaches in the SEC. And how he truned a program from the Dark Ages to the
Enlightenment. To help a coaches have the confidence to step out of their conformance zone to
help them grow.
