Experience in Reviewing PFD,P&IDs, Standard operating procedures in CDU/VDU,
Checking Vendor Documents, GA drawings and Equipment Data Sheets
Review of Cause and effect, Alarm tags, Instrument Tags.
Preparing underground system, Single line diagrams for ISBL and OSBL.
Preparing Line checklist, Blind list and blind diagram for commissioning
Experience in Preparing Work packs for the plant system and preparing punch list, loop
diagrams for water flushing, Air flushing, Steam outs.
Preparing piping MTO for ISBL units.
Knowledge about tank Farm and accessories Steam coil, mixer, Roof drain,.
Technical coordination with site activities and inspection of static equipments
Knowledge about Distillation Column, Reactors, Heat exchangers, knock out Drum,
