MSc CLASSES OF 2014 & 2015

EMPLOYMENT REPORT
Congratulations to the MSc classes of 2014 and 2015! Since 2010, Ivey has been developing a new breed of
manager for a business landscape that transcends borders. It takes a special environment to develop such leaders
one where the diversity of the class enhances the learning opportunities through the curriculum. That diversity
is outlined in the snapshot below. What follows is the summary of employment information as reported by the 74
students making up the MSc classes of 2014 and 2015. Graduates of the program have gone on to work at leading
firms around the world and were very proud of all of them.
Sincerely,
Sharon Irwin-Foulon
Executive Director, Career Management and Corporate Recruiting, Ivey Business School

Iveys MSc acted as the tool kit that allowed me
to start painting my international career canvas. Iveys case-teaching
method along with the programs extensive international opportunities
are the two qualities that I appreciated most about the MSc. Cases
helped me develop the business acumen required to thrive in todays
global corporate mindset, while my experiences of working in India and
studying abroad at host CEMS schools awarded me with the chance to
learn from different cultures and build relationships worldwide.

The MSc program pushes you out of your comfort zone into situations
that enable both personal and professional growth. Having the benefit
of those experiences, as well as the connections with the people
you meet throughout the program, is invaluable at the beginning of
your career. The MSc program, specifically the internship in India,
allowed me to experience working in an entirely new setting where
the environment was always in flux. This has been an asset as I
entered the workforce and have needed to adapt to rapidly changing
circumstances.

The case-based learning and the supreme academic environment at
