SUBJECT: The Wasted Youth
This report addresses the issue of teenagers wasting their life away on technology. The
following PSA will explain what technology has done to us. As a society we are aimed to
Gravitated to the sense of perfection. We want nothing but the best.
Instead of believing in ourselves we are taught to believe in the words
of others, giving them more value. This PSA outlines demonstrates how
the lack of involvement with everyday actually take a huge toll on our
generations to come. This shows what
A quick glimpse of a profile picture will do for us. Which will lead to
talking
Catching feelings and ends them as strangers. This report underlines
how in the past 20 years the rise of computer and cell phones have
taken the attention of many. This PSA will show the audience
desensitized the feeling of people and how we as the young generation
are marginalize.
We decided to go with this topic because we felt it was a huge problem
for our current and future generation. The reasons we came up with
why it puts a negative toll on us is: Isolation, Lack of Social Skills,
Obesity, Depression, Poor Sleep Habits, Pollution, Increased Bullying,
Lack of Privacy, Higher levels of deceit, a warped sense of reality,
stress, IPhone thumbs, lack of social/sexual boundaries, lack of social
bonds, constant distraction, neck and head pain, short attention span,
addiction, lack of empathy, more violence, higher energy consumption,
development issues in children, neurosis, and loss of hearing and
eyesight. All those effects impact us if not all of them do.
We wanted to create this PSA to spend awareness to others. Yes,
people do know the impact it does but like most we dont change
unless it affects us directly. In this PSA we should how it impacts our
society heavily. We cannot keep supporting this because at the end of
the day we will fail as a society. Technology will over power us. We are
showing the exact studies done world wide to prove in this full PSA to show the over allbad decision of what we have created for us. We hope the class and other viewers benefit

from this PSA because everyone does or has used a device before. It will only increase
their knowledge and help their best interest
