In the above graph, we notice that after removing missing values, we have 133 females and 133 males. In
addition, female are more than male in age range 20-29 and 40-49, while males are more in the ages in 30-39.
While at ages of less than 20 more than 60 and 50-59 we find no significant difference between the 2 ratios.

Most of the Positions are spread approximately evenly between both genders except for Clerical where males
are highly found more than women. Whereas, female are more than males in the middle management.

We can clearly see that females


stand out more in the 5-15 years
experience relatively to males, and
males are more visible in the 15
plus years in experience, they are
almost equal in less than 5 years
experience.

If we examine, the graph above we notice that clericals and front liners mainly have more than 15 years
experience. Back Office, Head of unit and middle management positions have mostly less than 5 years.

terms of financial benefits or no recognition in terms of promotions is the second reason why people are
demotivated in the work place. In addition, for all the other reason ranked 3 till 6, employees where clear that
they have equal chances in demotivating them.

a quarter views their work as moderate, little to no challenging and not challenging at all. In addition, Front
liner position mostly view their work as extremly challenging and challenging.

In the above graph, we notice that the most reason that people change employer for is higher salary; next on the
list is promotion. In addition more training opportunities comes in last place in things that make people change
employer.

salary and package, will you do it?
Most employees say that they wont leave the organization just to get the same deal that they have inside our
organization.

Even though, most employees wont do it, we have a high number of people who will do it.

power.
