ESSAY: Answer the following questions briefly and comprehensively. (5points each)
1. A & B were sweethearts. B. became pregnant. Knowing that A was about to take bar exam, B
threatened A with complaint for immorality in the Supreme Court. As a consequence of the threat, A
married B. Is the marriage annullable on ground of intimidation?
2. Plaintiff, a first year law student, met the defendant in March 1968. After several meetings, became
