This article contains a list of the 50 best companies to work at in
advertising, ad-tech, and media. The results in this article were obtained by a
survey conducted by Advertising Age and by review of different aspects of
the companies. There were two different surveys created by Methodology
based on the criteria that Advertising Age sought out. One survey was for the
employees and the other for the employers. Employees and employers could
both take the different surveys to contribute to the ratings of their
companies. The company they worked for had to have more than 40 full-time
employees to be considered. Although they could both take surveys,
employees surveys accounted for more of a companies score than the
employers.
Advertising Age composed a list of the 50 best places to work in
advertising, ad-tech, and media based off of the survey results and their
reviewed criteria of the companies. The company that is rated number 1 only
has 49 employees at their headquarters. Majority of the companies at the
top of the list contain smaller amount of employees versus some of the
larger amount of employees further down the list. Companies on the list
contain different satisfactions from employees. Some highlight the work
place environment while others discuss the benefits of their company. They
all discuss positive aspect of the companies they work for.

This article discusses some of the negative aspects of working as a
nurse. It discusses how nurses are now discouraging new potential nurses
from working in their field. Nurses are struggling to handle all of the
assignments they are given due to being short staffed. This presents the
issue of nurses not being able to focalize on individual patients needs. This
added with new technological integrations has begun to make nurses feel

unsafe about their practices. New technologies constantly being added

makes it hard for nurses to keep up with how to use them in patient care
without any mistakes. When nurses do not know how to use any new form of
technology in care, it causes conflict in relationships between them and
doctors whenever a doctor assigns the use of that technology.
This article discusses how their needs to be improvement in
educational practices, more orientation of technology before integration, and
how nurses should be specialized in more than one field. Technological
advancements need these learning systems to ensure that nurses are
learning the new systems have access to help with these new tools. This
brings more knowledge to all of the different areas of nursing when they are
not only educated in one field. It proposes that with the rapid change in
healthcare comes the need for improving career satisfaction for those who
work in the healthcare field to maintain the quality of care and safety of
patients. This article concludes that the increased education needs to be
combined with the new technological advancements to restore balance in
healthcare.
