Abstrak

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES) Muhammadiyah Samarinda, Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah
(PTM) yang berdiri tahun 2009, berdomisili di Samarinda Kalimantan Timur. Sistem informasi yang ada
sebagai pendukung kerja operasional tanpa disertai perencanaan matang mengenai arahan visi dan misi
perguruan tinggi itu sendiri. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi di STIKES Muhammadiyah Samarinda
khususnya sistem Computer Based-Test(CBT) saat ini hanya sebagai alat pendukung pengolahan data dan
seleksi mahasiswa baru belum digunakan sebagai sistem informasi yang strategis. Adapun metode
analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Ward & Peppard, menggunakan metode analisis SWOT, untuk
menganalisis lingkungan internal bisnis, analisis five forces untuk menganalisis lingkungan eksternal
bisnis, analisis gap digunakan untuk membandingkan system informasi saat ini dengan perencanaan
sistem informasi yang akan datang dan analisis Mc Farlan digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan portofolio
aplikasi sistem informasi mendatang. Dari setiap solusi strategi penerapan sistem Computer-Based Test
(CBT) dipetakan menjadi usulan portofolio aplikasi di masa mendatang, usulan perubahan teknologi
berupa hardware dan software, usulan penambahan infrastruktur jaringan dan usulan kebutuhan sumber
daya manusia.

Abstract
College of Health Sciences (STIKES) Samarinda Muhammadiyah, Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM)
which was established in 2009, is domiciled in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Existing information
systems to support the operational work without careful planning regarding the direction of the vision and
mission of the college itself. Use of information systems in STIKES Muhammadiyah Samarinda
particularly systems Computer Based Test (CBT) now only as a tool to support data processing and
selection of new students has not been used as a system of strategic information. The method of analysis
used is a method of Ward &Peppard,using analytical methods SWOT, to analyze the internal environment
of business, five forces analysis to analyze the external environment of business, gap analysis system used
to compare the current information with the information systems planning and analysis will come Mc
Farlan is used to classify the information system application portfolio. Of each solution implementation
strategy of the system Computer-Based Test (CBT) is mapped into the proposed portfolio of applications
in the future, the proposed changes in technology in the form of hardware and software, the proposed
additional network infrastructure and the proposed human resource requirements.
