Stimulation of oil production leads to reduction of rock

pressure and intensive gas separation in bottomhole formation
zone at perforation interval. This contributes to shift of initial
salt crystallization zone lower to the well perforation interval.
Crystallization and deposition of salts can be further observed
in the interval above perforation section, in the pump, tubing
string, discharge line, communication lines and equipment of
oil collection and treatment system.

Injection to tubing string is used for prevention of deposition

of asphaltene, resin and paraffin.
Chemical agent enters the inlet sleeve (8) via well pipeline
attached to the outside surface of the tubing string. There is a
centralizer upstream the sleeve to protect terminations (6) and
check valve.
For selected injection method, the agent enters the interval
before deposition of asphaltene, resin and paraffin started.
Flow rate of expensive agent may be 2-4 times reduced
compared to conventional injection to annular space of the
well.

Injection of salting and corrosion inhibitors to pump suction.

Chemical agent enters the spray bar valve (9) via well pipeline
attached to the outside surface of the tubing string.
Protectolizer is installed upstream the spray bar valve to
protect feeding cable (2) and capillary pipeline (3).
For selected injection method, the agent is supplied to the
suction strainer. Flow rate of expensive agent may be reduced
to 1 liter per day compared to conventional injection to annular
space.

Injection to perforation interval for prevention of salt

deposition and corrosion.
Chemical agent enters the load spray nozzle (6) via well
pipeline attached to the outside surface of the tubing string,
and via capillary pipeline mounting system (5) together with
ESP centralizer.
For selected injection method, the agent enters the perforation
interval before start of salt crystals formation. This method of
chemical agent supply excludes sticking of ESP system in case
of base plate failure as a result of solid deposits formation on
the body of the submersible electric motor. Flow rate of
expensive agent may be reduced to 1 liter per day compared to
conventional injection to annular space.
