Based on the information in the chart above, some of our attendants have experience with
blended learning and come do not. Due to the experience levels, we chose to evaluate them
through completion. We will use a series of yes/no checklists to measure the level of
understanding across our learners.

Procedures used in evaluation process:

Walk learners through the steps necessary to log in using the new system
Demonstrate how to search an article and how to assign it to chosen students
Allow for learners to discuss desired article topics within their grade level group
Allow for learners to work collaboratively and explore Achieve 3000 together
Allow for learners to try the process independently (asking questions when needed)
Check to see if learners could log in using Clever
