RESPONSIBILTIES
Description
Assist RSM in field Planning & Strategies Development to ensure
effective customer reach and service provision.
Supporting farmers from beginnning to end for better results.
Assist RSM in product forecast planning showing anticipated
results and any contingent plans if and where required.
Demonstrate the value of Monsanto products through farmer
meeting, field days and travelling seminars, resulting in high
brand value, customer retention and good relationship building.
Farmer complaint resolution for a satisfied customer and
retention.
Regular feedback of field activities to RSM through daily,
monthly, quarterly reports (whatever is agreed between the
team), highlighting achievements and delays and reasons for
both.
Develop the agronomic and technical knowledge of farmers
resulting in improved yield and income.
Create biotech awareness, communicate new technologies and
solution.
Identify technology need for insect and herbicide, conduct on
farm mechanization trials and provide solution for
mechanization trials and provide solution for mechanical
planting, havesting and drying.
Establish product and technology leadership through
demonstrating the effectively of the Monsanto brand and its
usage to dealers and farmers.
