Team Member Profiles
Isabelle G.- Isabelle is a valued asset to our group. She is detail oriented, organized and a great listener,
who loves to hear what everyone has to offer. She also enjoys expressing herself through writing, which
can help us significantly with this paper. One of Isabelles quirks is that she does not like members who
do not provide input. Therefore, everyone should equally participate with this project.
Michael B.- Michael brings great leadership skills as well as the ability to facilitate certain tasks that fit
each members strengths. His specific quirk is, he does not like slackers. Stating this should inform
everyone of the equivalent workload that we all must take on.
Sebastian R.-Sebastian brings positive energy and a great work ethic to our group. He can lighten up
tense situations without deterring from the task at hand. He demonstrates reliability and pulls his weight
to meet deadlines. Sebastian also shows consistency in his work and has strong communication skills.
When placed on a team, he can clearly express his thoughts and ideas with confidence to his team
members. Sebastian has a unique quirk. He tends to correct people when they use colloquial speech. In
return, we wont use common usage but much rather, speak with proper speech.
Team Roles
Isabelle Gbekie: As stated above, Isabelle possess the skill of writing. She enjoys reading, writing and
correcting work. Therefore, what better task to fit her skills than to make her editor, writer, and
communication coordinator.
Michael B.: Michael B wears multiple hats. He is very strong minded and has leadership qualities like no
other. Weve decided to give him the role of team leader. We trust that Michael can see us through this
assignment with the end objective of reaching our 80-90% goal grade.
Sebastian N: Sebastian has been a wonderful team member thus far. In the beginning, he was not shy to
state which topic we should chose as our assignment and provided valid reasons to back up his research.
Accordingly, he will take on the role as researcher, although every team member will be doing so as
well.
We understand that these roles may change as the project progresses, however, these are the roles that we
have agreed to take upon ourselves for now. If one should be more fitting in the future, then the
appropriate changes will be made.

GOALS
S.M.A.R.T Goals
Our goal, is to obtain an 80 to 90% grade on this assignment. We can achieve that by doing a few things
such as:

Team Ground Rules or Guidelines


All team members are responsible for their individually assigned tasks, along with
providing updates on held tasks.
All members must specify their own work load limits, to prevent work overload and
conflicts.
All team members will be on time to class and scheduled weekly meetings.
If at any time, a team member cannot make it to a meeting, 12 hours notice should be
given, or it will count as an absence. Unless the reason for absence is justified. (i.e.,
illness, family emergency, exams)
One absence, equals a verbal warning from the group.
A second absence, will result in a deduction of 2% from the next assignment that is due.
Any more than two, will result in an additional 2% for every day missed.
If a group member is not contributing to the expectations of the group, and he/she is not fulfilling their
weight of the work, a meeting will be held and it will be decided whether said member should remain in
the group and/or lose marks.
All above consequences and reprimands, will be decided and handled by Michael Bediakoour group
leaderwith the assistant of the non-implicated group members.
