Introduction

On 24 to 25th of August 2016 , all PEC 03, 04 and 05 had an event called Merdeka
Festival. We have to work in a group of 10 members to prepare booth, games and foods
during the event. The event was conducted by all FISE and CFS student whose taking PEC
subject for our final project. The purpose of this event is to expose student on handling
stressed and difficult task professionally with their teammates to build a great teamwork in
completing the task given. The event was divided into two days which the first day was for
game to be conducted and the second day for the official ceremony happened.

Objective
The main objective of the project is to get student do multiple task in one group cooperating
each other to complete the goal successfully.

Position and Task Handling

I as the participant participate in various activities that being organized by the organizer.

Action Planning
On the first day of the event, we had an explorace, we had an aerobic session during the
morning before the next activity start. Each students works in a group to complete the task
together. The explorace finished on the afternoon.
On the second day, we had to decorate the booth and brings the food to our booth and
arrange it nicely to attract the judges of the event. We finish at 7 in the evening during that
day due to some technical problems which the event should have ended at 6pm.

Problem Solving
We had difficulties when the time schedule of the event ceremony being postponed. The
event started earlier than expected but it also ended late than what had been scheduled too.
This should not had occurred. Time should be managed properly because if not, complaint
rises. Many students started to felt hunger due to environment and the delay start of the
ceremony to begin, so some of them had taken the food early and eat with their fellow
classmates. Even the lecturer cannot do anything about the problem. To overcome this
problem, in the future we need to manage time properly and work in a team to complete the
task without being selfish.

Conclusion
It is a great and big event from MSU and PEC students. We enjoyed ourselves during the
event even though there were some problems that occur, but still we manage to overcome
the problem. It is just the problem during the event itself that cannot be helped to be
overcome. We hope that such event would be invented by MSU again and I felt glad that I
was part of the team.
