What is Abortion?
Abortion is when a pregnancy is ended so that it does not result
in a birth of a child.

health of mother.
Penalty for Unlawful Abortion - Class H felony: Fine and/or imprisonment up to 10 years

Why Abortion?
The decision to end a pregnancy is personal. Some reasons include:

Birth control (contraceptive) failure.


Inability to support or care for a child.
To end an unwanted pregnancy.
To prevent the birth of a child with birth defects or severe medical problems.
Pregnancy resulting from rape or incest.
Physical or mental conditions that endanger the woman's health if the pregnancy is
continued.

Very difficult decision for a lot of women.

- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Spotting and bleeding
Serious complications (1 in a 100):
Heavy or persistent bleeding
Infection or sepsis
Damage to the cervix
Perforation of the uterus
Damage to other organs
Death

A healthcare provider in America that works to educate men and
women about reproduction.
NOT an abortion clinic.
To help people be safe when sexually active.
Services include: STD testing, pregnancy testing, abortion
referrals, contraception, and other health services. .
Provide condoms, birth control pills, STD tests, and pregnancy
tests for people who cant reach these resources any other way.

Offers safe/judgement free place for women to seek help with
their health.
