Project issue notice confirming expiry of Defects Notification Period for the
Works as stipulated in the agreement.
Unless we receive from you a written notice to the effect that such Defects
Notification Period has been expired, as stated above, this Guarantee shall
remain in force. During the above period, this Guarantee shall not be
cancelable without your authorization in writing.
We undertake to pay the amount of this Guarantee to your Order at your
first request and despite any contestation on the part of Messrs.

offer to design, construct, complete the whole of the said Works and

We hereby declare without reserve whatsoever to execute the said


Works in conformity with the Conditions mentioned, having understood
the meaning and scope of the Works and of all such Documents,
precisely and clearly and having considered them as mutually
complementary, explanatory, cumulative, additive and not alternative
and this after having evaluated for ourselves and at our entire
responsibility the nature and difficulties, if any, of the said Works,

We undertake if our Tender is accepted to commence the Works within


the time stated in the Appendix to Tender from the date of receiving
the Engineers order to commence, and to complete and deliver the
whole of the Works comprised in the Contract within the time* stated
in the Appendix to Tender.
* (It is understood that this Period includes all Fridays, Public Holidays,
Religious Festivals, and days of inclement weather, It further
recognizes reduced working hours during Ramadan).

4, If our Tender is accepted we will be required to enter into a formal

Contract with you evidencing the Agreement and will, within Fourteen
(14) days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, or any other date
mutually agreed, provide or obtain the guarantee of a bank based in
UAE, to be jointly and severally bound with us in the sum equal to ten
percent (10%) of the Contract Sum for the due performance of the
Contract under the terms of a Bond to be approved by you.

5. We agree to abide by this Tender for a period of One Hundred and

Twenty (120) days from the date fixed for receiving the same and it
shall remain binding upon us, and may be accepted at any time before
the expiration of that period plus any additional period as may be
mutually agreed upon later.

1. LIST OF TENDER BULLETINS


This schedule shall be completed by the Tenderer and shall be
included in his submission, in order to confirm that all Tender Bulletins
issued have been taken into consideration; copies of each Tender
Bulletins and Documents List shall be attached hereto.

2. OUTLINE METHOD STATEMENT AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION


The Tenderer shall detail below his outline method statement for
carrying out the Works_ This shall detail the Tenderers proposed
method of carrying out the major items of work and shall form the
basis of his programme should his tender be accepted (Note:
Additional pages may be added by the Tenderer if required).
Construction Method Drawings should be provided in order to illustrate
the proposals.
Note: The incorporation of any method statement represents an
acknowledgement only of the manner in which the Contractor intends
to execute his work. It is not an agreement or acceptance of how any
part of the Works can or should be executed. If the method intended
prove to be impractical or impossible to perform then it is the
Contractor's responsibility to devise and enact revised methods to
fulfill the Contractual obligations.
Measures that will be adopted to limit noise, dust and other
environmental aspects shall also be stated and identified.

3. PROGRAMME
A detailed programme of the works with estimated resource
requirement and related cash flow projection is to be provided by the
Tenderer.

4. KEY PERSONNEL - NAMES AND QUALIFICATIONS


The Tenderer shall detail below the names of the key personnel who
shall be responsible for the Works should his tender be accepted. These
details shall include (but not limited to) qualifications, relevant
experience, and current positions held within the Tenderers
organization. (Note: Additional pages may be added by the Tenderer if
required.)
A suitable organization chart for the project is also to be submitted, It is
a requirement that Contactor's Construction Management Team such
as, but not limited to, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Planner,
MEP Coordinator, Commercial Manager, QA/QC Manager, Safety
Officers, etc. shall be in full time and direct employment with the
Contractor and shall be assigned full time to this project, unless written
permission to allocate resources otherwise is obtained from the
Engineer.

5. SUB-CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS


The Tenderer shall detail, in the format shown below, the name of any
sub-contractors and suppliers he proposes to use during the execution
of the Works, together with the proposed sources or material and
aggregates as detailed in the Specification. As a minimum, sources of
material and evidence of compliance with the Specification shall be
provided for the material listed overleaf. (Note: Additional pages may be
added by the Tenderer if required).
