Special Stitches

Cable 4 Front = Slip next 2 stitches onto cable


needle and hold at front of work, K2 from the
left needle, K2 from the cable needle.
Cable 4 Back = Slip next 2 stitches onto cable
needle and hold at back of work, K2 from the
left needle, K2 from the cable needle.
Cable 6 Back = Slip next 3 stitches onto cable
needle and hold at back of work, K3 from the
left needle, K3 from the cable needle.
Cable 6 Front = Slip next 3 stitches onto cable
needle and hold at front of work, K3 from the
left needle, K3 from the cable needle.
Reverse Single Crochet (Reverse sc) =
Working from left to right, *insert hook in sc to
right of hook, yo, and draw through, under and
to the left of loop on hook leaving 2 loops on
hook. Yarn over and draw through both loops
on hook, repeat from * around.

What you will need:

FINISHING

Thread yarn needle with a length of yarn.


Using photo as a guide, and with right sides
together, sew bind off edge to left side of
piece, starting at Row 1.
With crochet hook, and right side facing, join
yarn with slip st in any stitch along cast on
edge. Work one round of sc evenly around
bottom edge of piece, joining with slip st to
first sc. Work reverse sc around, joining with
slip st to first reverse sc. Fasten off.
With crochet hook, and right side facing, join
yarn with slip st in any end of row along neck
opening. Work one round of sc evenly around
opening, joining with slip st to first sc. Work
reverse sc around, joining with slip st to first
reverse sc. Fasten off.

TENSION/GAUGE: 11 sts = 10
cm (4"), 16 rows = 10 cm (4") in
pattern. CHECK YOUR TENSION.

measures approximately 140 cm (55")
from cast on edge, ending by working a
wrong side row.
Bind off all sts in pattern.
