first home visit, the responsible
family member(s) will:

2. Learn about the importance of
proper sanitation in their home
and environment
3. Enumerate the diseases that
may occur if there is no proper
environmental sanitation
4. Enumerate all the possible
causes that results to poor
environmental sanitation
5. Enumerate the benefits of
proper environmental sanitation
5. Reinforce schedule for cleaning
activities
6. Enumerate all possible ways of
proper environmental sanitation
in the home
7. Discuss the rationale of each
intervention measure
8. Share all possible resources
present in the home that will help
resolve the problem
9. Fully agree to implement
interventions that the can do
themselves
