Function Enhancement
1. The topology-based missed neighboring cell checks of the GSM, UMTS, and LTE networks
are added to the Neighboring Cell Check feature. The UMTS and LTE networks support the
missed neighboring cell check based on handover traffic statistics. The UMTS network
supports the Intra-frequency neighboring cell check based on PCHRs. The Neighboring Cell
Check feature allows users to set the neighboring cell frequency policy and the blacklist and
whitelist. It also supports filtering based on the frequency policy and blacklist and whitelist.
2. The GIS feature supports independent display of the GIS map. It also supports
geographic observation of parameters based on the imported engineering parameters and of
the neighbor relationships based on the imported configuration data.
3. The LTE Troubleshooting feature is adapted to the algorithms of eRAN7.0 and eRAN8.0.
4. OMStar V500R011 is adapted to SRAN10.1 (GSM and UMTS: BSC6900 and BSC6910) and
eRAN8.1 (LTE).
5. OMStar V500R011 supports GBSS14.0 (GSM) and RAN14.0 (UMTS) and later versions.
The GSM ONLY options for GSM configuration data and traffic statistics import are deleted
