The difference between Every and All is the same as in Portuguese Cada e Todos. They are
similar in meaning and we can sometimes use both of them in a sentence without changing their
meaning. Let's study them:
- every = cada
- all = todos
These two sentences are very similar:
Every student in the class is polite.
Cada aluno na sala educado.
Notice
All the houses in the village are similar to the other ones.
Todas as casas no vilarejo so similares com as outras.

Eu estudei a noite toda e no dormi.
