Control measures
Dates / times:
Risk3
For each hazard, list the measures you will be taking to minimise the risk identified
e.g. appointing competent persons, training received, planning and rehearsals, use of personal protective
equipment, provision of first aid, etc.
The measures that we will be taking is getting people consent to filmed and if they do not or
we dont have permission I will be blurring out there faces so they dont have to appear on
the documentary.
Level 1
To control this problem the solution would be to ask the person who oversees the area and
permission off them first. However, if its a public area I should not have any problem with
that.
Level 2
The assistant will be carrying a first aid kit just in case someone hurts themselves and we
dont have any way of getting to the hospital and everyone will be carrying a piece of
equipment and not just one person.
Level 3
Everyone
Hurt themselves by
slipping on water
Level 1
The team
To be minimalistic in the things that we need, therefore, not to bring anything in that might not
be needed. This will open the space up.
Level 1
Animals
The animals
To be conscience about the surroundings and not agitate the animals so they dont get
nervous.
Level 1
Seriously hurt
themselves
Be aware of the set and do not bring anything thats not bottled up just in case that it falls and
creates a hazard of itself.
