Write these words in a row: boys, birds, pups, pets, picks, jumps, looks. Have S. read
the words. Then
have him tell what each word would be without the s. As he says each word
without s, write it under the s form. Review by having S. read both forms of each
word. (This exercise is for word recognition, not usage.)
