Exercise plays an important role in our daily life. As human beings, we cannot be divided
with exercise. Exercise can help us keep healthy even than improving our corporeity. Every
week, we should exercise more than three times. Exercise is connected with our body. Only if we
do the exercise regardless of running, jumping, swimming and so on, we can keep fit and
become healthy and life longer.
Exercise training increases cardiovascular functional capacity and decreases myocardial
oxygen demand at any level of physical activity in apparently healthy persons as well as in most
subjects with cardiovascular disease. Regular physical activity is required to maintain these
training effects. The potential risk of physical activity can be reduced by medical evaluation, risk
stratification, supervision, and education. a website reported. Therefore, exercise is good for
cardiovascular system. It can make old people active through improving rate of blood. It can
keep the human beings organs operate normally. Exercising frequently can produce lots of
beneficial hormone to help people live better. Exercising also reduces the phenomenon of
becoming old and makes you younger than the people who are same age as you. In physically,
firstly, exercising is beneficial for growing of skeletons and muscles. Secondly, exercising
enhances cardiovascular functions. Thirdly, it improves the blood circulatory system, respiratory

system and alimentary system. It not only promotes the growth of human beings, but also it can
protect human beings far away diseases and increase the ability of fitting the environment.
Children exercise every day, which can decrease the rates of suffering heart disease, glycuresis
and hypertension when they grow up. Exercise can also regulate the nervous system and make
nervous system do the right and rapid judgment about complex varieties when human beings
have activities. Let human beings fit the intrinsic and extrinsic environment quickly and keep the
balance of body.
Sufficient evidence now exists for the effectiveness of exercise in the treatment of
clinical depression. Additionally, exercise has a moderate reducing effect on state and trait
anxiety and can improve physical self-perceptions and in some cases global self-esteem. Also
there is now good evidence that aerobic and resistance exercise enhances mood states, and
weaker evidence that exercise can improve cognitive function (primarily assessed by reaction
time) in older adults. Conversely, there is little evidence to suggest that exercise addiction is
identifiable in no more than a very small percentage of exercisers. Together, this body of research
suggests that moderate regular exercise should be considered as a viable means of treating
depression and anxiety and improving mental well-being in the general public. a website said.
The article talks about the mental benefits of exercise. Exercise has the function of regulating
stress. It can improve mental and physical status and recover physical strength and energy.
Exercise can improve the body healthy. It makes the tired body relaxing and have a rest so that
people can process enough energy to work and study later. Exercise is good for sleeping. When
we exercise about half hour, we will be easy to sleep at night. Exercise can active our
enthusiasm, creativity and initiative and also improve our confidence and sense of worth. It

makes individual develop actively and healthily during harmony environment. Exercise can also
train team work and team spirit during team competitions.
Conversely, not exercising has lots of disadvantages. There are five big consequences
of not exercising. They are biting the dust too early, too bad, so bad, achy, breaky bones, more
sick days and stress. If we do not exercise, the functions of our body will become vestigial. We
will be easy to suffer disease. For example, my uncle he studies all the time when he takes off
from working. He exercises rarely throughout the year, causing him be sick nearly every month.
However, this month he went to gym to take steam room by our persuasive. He not only does not
suffer a disease, but also he eats more and more and have more and more energy when he works.
Lack of exercise can cause increased stress, and there is nowhere to release. This can cause
depression as positive hormones are not being produced. Dot exercising will accelerate us to
become older and older and make our organs become pack up quickly. Our bones and joints will
become loose up. Furthermore, if we do not exercise, we might gain the weight. It will also lead
to lots of diseases when we become old, such as, heart disease, glycuresis and hypertension. We
will lose the interests about life if we do not exercise. Because when we exercise, our brain will
produce dopamine which is a good hormone, it makes us excited.
How to exercise? We can exercise every day. We should use steps instead of elevator. We
should walk instead of driving cars. When we watch the television, we can do some exercise,
such as, bowing, kicking and so on. We should exercise regularly, for example, we can play the
balls with our friends, we can jog after dinner, and we can swim during our free time. We should
exercise three times a week at least. We can do exercise at home or at gym. Every day keeping
thirty-minute walking can help us keep fit. Walking is the most basic exercise method. We can
walk everywhere and every day. Running is the best exercise method. It can exercise every parts

of body and it is also the easiest exercise method. Swimming is an exercise method which can
help us process a perfect figure. All swimming athletes have a lusty figure. All kinds of ball
sports are interesting exercising. Everybody should have a favorite ball sport. Ball sports can not
only exercise our body, but also they can increase our interests for exercising.
According to the book called physical activity and health, people of all ages, both male
and female, benefit from regular physical activity. Significant health benefits can be obtained by
including a moderate amount of physical activity (e.g. 30 minutes of brisk walking or raking
leaves, 15 minutes of running, or 45 minutes of playing volleyball) on most, if not all, days of the
week. Though a modest increase in daily activity, most Americans can improve their health and
quality of life. Exercise is beneficial for our health, so we should exercise more and more. We
can exercise once a week, and then twice a week, at last three times a week. We can firstly do
easy sports, and then do hard sports. We should keep the habit of exercising and love exercising.
Exercise not only helps us process a perfect body, but also it can reduce our stress and keep our
mental health. In a word, we should make it a goal to increase our exercise from now on.
