Please answer the following questions based on your personal knowledge

and/or authentic records within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof, pursuant to
Rule 25 of the Rules of Court.

Section 2 provides that The interrogatories shall be answered fully in

writing and shall be signed and sworn to by the person making them. The party
upon whom the interrogatories have been served shall file and serve a copy of
the answers on the party submitting the interrogatories within fifteen (15) days
after service thereof, unless the court, on motion and for good cause shown,
extends or shortens the time.

Section 6 of the same Rule provides that a party not served with written
interrogatories may not be compelled by the adverse party to give testimony in
open court.

received an amount of seven thousand pesos (Php 7,000.00) from Mr. Claude
Ambion, operations manager, of the defendant Bus Co.?

6.

Would you admit the following documents in the custody of this

Honorable Court, duly marked as Exhibits 1 to 6 submitted by the

defendants during the pre-trial held on August 14, 2006 to the Honorable Court ?

7.

Would you confirm that the total amount of expenses you incurred

due to your head injuries amounted to four hundred ninety six thousand pesos
(Php496,000.00)?
