SPCHB Directive 2014:02.15 A new universal currency

1 Summary of concept

DNA vials to replace coins and paper money

Access to resources beyond basic necessities used by this new DNA registry (fundamental
needs are governed by a basic income guarantee)
Gene scanner to verify DNA correspondence with buyer together with a separate frictionless
credit system derived and generated from the main DNA currency base
Realtime voting system: People contributing physically/emotionally/spiritually and mentally
productively to society are upvoted in a common interface similar to facebook, people
downvoted generate less credits and are able to purchase less tangible and intangible
consumer goods
Voting system to be based on cardinal virtues/sins and classification of emotions

Example:
Subject 1 is a 20 year old ordinary citizen, he has 100 credits in the system generated from 200 real
time reviews over the past year, 100 positive and 100 negative or neutral. 100 credits buys a new
moderately expensive car, while 200 credits buys a top line one. When subject 1 place an order to
purchase a vehicle of his liking, a centralized interface verify that he, by DNA matching, is the
owner of the account, while a transaction history for the liberally traded credits is scanned
separately. The difference between mankinds modern system and the DNA system is that today we
do not morally judge wealthy individuals, and a poor man may be a saint and do much good but still
be poor, with the new system a poor man who is good may enjoy the fruits of civilization while a
consistently evil wealthy person will see their fortune wither away quickly. Of course, the voting
system must not be affected too greatly by a single event or single voter as this would cause too
much unreliability, rather, it should only have an impact over long periods by many individual
voters so as to reveal a behavioral pattern, like ebay star reviews.
Credits are continuously generated by people, covering expenses for housing, electricity, internet
and food. Several options are available to create an efficient float for the purpose of trading:
1) a limited amount of monthly free float credits generated along with basic credits
2) a limited amount of voting per person and day, credits generated for voting purposes which may
then be used for trading, released upon voting. Requires bad credits and good credits.
Example:
Subject 2 just offended another person who now used one of her limited credits to downvote him on
a charge of induced anxiety, which is one of the emotional classifications in the new system
amongst many others listed below. Now, subject 2s credit score is diminished by 1 point: he used to
have 50 points, but now has only 49. If his behavior continues to negatively impact those around
him, he may well find himself at 0 points, at which moment he will be unable to purchase any
goods beyond basic necessities. Should his score decrease below zero, authorities may be engaged
for purpose of criminal investigation.
The new currency system synergizes well with direct democratic voting platforms.
This is the framework upon which to construct the new system:

A breakthrough.
In my dream I saw a list manifesting out of bubbles, and a voice saying; THIS IS ALL YOU NEED,
after which it slid off the bubbly field and disappeared. I could not for the world remember what it
said upon awaking moments later, but now, here, by the grace of holiness I have been given
sanction to present before humanity this sacred and simple method of interacting with the world
during our time here. This is a blueprint to Utopia.

What is language?

1 Summary

Communication is the transference of geometric patterns

Different forms elicit different emotions or "vibes"
Language is a tool to control these patterns
What do the geometric shapes look like?
Can we make a standardized symbolic language based on these patterns similar to
emoticons?
Is this useful in the AI research field?

2 Communication is the transference of geometric patterns

This is the same as writing bad or good things, evoking emotions of the entire spectrum. The
problem is that we have no concrete physical explanation of emotions other than the feelings they
invoke in our bodies. Researchers have identified emotions using heatmapping based on self
reported experiences, but there is no standardized platform to explain and work with emotions
beyond the language based.
3 Different forms elicit different emotions or "vibes"
Similar to rhetorical devices used in propaganda and public speaking. Humans using language
(Hollywood) have already deciphered methods to elicit emotions from the entire spectrum, but it is
my belief that we can do more; the benzodiazepine Valium which is an anti anxiety medication
(along with other similar compounds) may hold clues to the geometric patterns involved in
relaxation and "bliss". Other chemical structures in drugs like cocaine and the other well known
substances should also be evaluated for this purpose.
And what about common geometrical shapes of mathematics? Might they be of use?
4 Language is a tool to control these patterns
Language is a standardization of communication between humans, but it is limited in its capacity to
concretize the emotional spectrum. I propose that we create a separate symbolic language platform
inorder to isolate and crystallize the conceptual understanding of emotions and how they are used in
communication. Language in its traditional form cannot explain emotions more than a two
dimensional structure can explain the third dimension.
5 What do the geometric shapes look like?
The universe in its fundamental level is in the shape of a trigonal, hence the religious concept of
trinity. I have discovered that some geometric patterns is a mix of several distinct patterns which
elicit a combination of emotions at once. It is likely that some patterns may be similar to chemical
structures and other geometric shapes in mathematics and physics. Some emotions are felt in
different parts of the body, could this be used as a three dimensional guideline? If I, for instance,
feel an emotional center of gravity of a certain emotion in the middle of the body, radiating
outwards to my finger tips, is it safe to assume that this particular emotion is not perfectly
spherical? could it be pointy, a bulk mass center with thin fingers? maybe its in the form of a hand,
or sea urchin.

6 Can we make a standardized symbolic language based on these patterns similar to

emoticons?
Yes, and this ties in with 7 Is this useful in the AI research field? in the form of pavlovian
conditioning. AI must be taught that some things are pleasant and some things are painful, just like
a child. We can use the emotional standardization to create a functional method for this purpose, as
we use binary to program computers. Let's use a black triangle as an example; depending on wheter
it is light black or dark black users may interpret the emotion conveyed as more intense or less
intense. This seems easy enough, but remember that it is possible to experience more than one
emotion at once, which makes for a rather complex end user system. It's possible to use things like
size, tilt, movement including vibrations, morphing, colour etc, to create and deliver a very complex
unit just like individual letters of the alphabet can be combined to create highly advanced bits of
information.
The Emotional Symbolic Language may also have implications in the treatment of autistic
individuals. In the future I envision this system to operate automatically and adaptively, the
expression wearing emotions on your sleeve not only being used in the figurative sense.

Summary

Peoples emotions to be tracked by digital body scanner/self reports

Emoticon display of geometric shapes corresponding to emotional state, these emoticons can
be of different color, size, nuance, movement and combined with other shapes to
communicate mixed emotional states
ESL (Emotional Symbolic Language) patterns used underneath texts and conveyed in
spoken language (digitally by google glass). Example:
I am so angry!

Happy birthday!

The two shapes are examples of emotion anger and emotion excitement

Now it is simply a matter of identifying the geometry of emotions, it doesn't have to be perfect but
we should agree upon a standardization.

Emotional Symbolic Language

Proposed shapes
Summary:

Generalization: Most negative emotions activate more subtle physical responses than
positive ones which could translate to simpler geometrical structures
Some emotions are similar to each other but not identical, to identify them requires a system
more advanced than VSEPR such as the new periodic table of geometry

Anger

Envy

Love

Shame

Anxiety

Contempt

Fear

Happiness

Pride

Sadness

Rotations
Some patterns are rotated within the body, the depictions above are only examples of a complete
geometric structure but do not translate to practical observations. They are also simplistic compared
to dynamic and nuanced emotional states which constantly fluctuate between positive/negative and
levels of intensity, turbulently mixing like colours in stirred water.

1 Detect emotional states and fluctuations based on physical sensors connected to software
Researchers in EPFLs Signal Processing 5 Laboratory (LTS5), working with PSA Peugeot Citron,
have developed an emotion detector based on the analysis of facial expressions in a car, using an
infrared camera placed behind the steering wheel.1
Researchers at Aalto University in Finland have compiled maps of emotional feelings associated
with culturally universal bodily sensations, which could be at the core of emotional experience.
The researchers found that the most common emotions trigger strong bodily sensations, and the
bodily maps of these sensations were topographically different for different emotions. The sensation
patterns were, however, consistent across different West European and East Asian cultures,
highlighting that emotions and their corresponding bodily sensation patterns have a biological
basis.2
