TechPROJECTREPORT
1. Theprojectreportshallbecomputertyped(EnglishBritish,FontTimesRoman,Size12
point)andprintedonA4sizepaper.
2. Theprojectreportshallbehardboundwithcoverpageinblackcolor.Thenameofthe
candidate,degree(specifyingthespecialization),yearofsubmission,nameoftheUniversity
includingcollegenameshallbescreenprintedwithgoldencolor.[Refersamplesheet(outer
cover)]
3. Theprojectreportshallbetypedononesideonlywithdoublespacewithamargin3.5cm
ontheleft,2.5cmonthetop,and1.25cmontherightandatbottom.
4. Intheprojectreport,thetitlepage[Refersamplesheet(innercover)]shouldbegivenfirst
thentheCertificatebythecandidateandthesupervisor(s)insequence,followedbyan
abstractoftheprojectreport(notexceeding1000words).Thisshouldbefollowedbythe
acknowledgment, list of figures/list of tables, notations/nomenclature, and then contents
withpageno.
5. Inthebodyofthetext,areferenceshouldbeindicatedgivingauthornameandyearof
publicationinparenthesissuchas(SinghandShan,2002).
6. The reference should be given at the end of the Project report in alphabetical order
indicating:
i). Theauthorsnameandhisinitials
ii). Thetitleofthepaperandnameofthejournal
iii).Thenameofthebookandthepublisher
iv) Thenumberofthevolume,pagenumbers,andtheyearofpublication
v) standardabbreviationmaybeusedinthenamesofthejournals
