Helped with laundry, cleaning tables, gathering equipment, and filing paperwork.
Learned the specific roles of a physical therapist, as well as how to interact with and
encourage patients.
Completed 67 hours of observation in an eight week time period.
Whiting Elementary School, Manchester Township, NJ, May 2014
Shadowed in-school physical and occupational therapists for one school day.
Worked with elementary-aged children with physical and mental disabilities to improve
skills such as hand-eye coordination, balance, and range of movement.
Seashore Gardens Living Center, Galloway Township, NJ, September-October 2015
Observed physical therapists in the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Worked with patients of the ages of 65 and older and learned how to care for the elderly
demographic.
Helped by pushing wheelchairs, interacting with the patients, and running walkers to and
from different locations.

Shore Medical Center Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Somers Point, NJ, SeptemberDecember 2016
Interned under cardiac and pulmonary specialists and learned about cardiac and
pulmonary rehabilitation for patients that endured debilitating heart or lung conditions.
Learned how to take blood pressures, analyze electrocardiograms, and complete patient
charts.

Kevins Kids Christmas Drive, 2007-Present
Gather and wrap presents for children of underprivileged families in Manchester
Township so that Santa Claus can visit their homes at Christmastime.
Get Fit, Stockton University, February 2015-April 2015
Work with adults with disabilities to improve their fitness and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Exercise with clients by lifting weights, walking, playing games, and doing various
cardio exercises.

Special Olympics Summer Games, The College of New Jersey, June 13-June 14 2015
Escorted athletes to various sporting events and cheered them on from the sidelines.
Helped organize numerous award ceremonies and handed out flowers to athletes as they
competed their events.
