INTRODUCTION
To facilitate collection, reuse and recovery including recycling, PolyKeg identifies the type of the packaging material used in accordance with the
requirements under article 8 of Directive 94/62/EC on the basis of Decision 97/129/EC. Please note that the regulations do not provide for any
specific format of this declaration of end of life recyclability. PolyKeg has drawn up this guide to assist customers with recycling.
FOR A SUSTAINABLE APPROACH POLYKEG RECOMMENDED
After use, before the disposal of the PolyKeg it is important that any internal pressure is released using the special depressurization 'key, following
the on-keg instructions (a copy of which can be found on our website www.polykeg.it ). For a complete approach to recycling of the system it is
recommended to follow the instructions of your local handler for provision of materials by using stamped symbols in different parts as shown. A
further recommendation is to reduce its size to decrease the environmental impact of transport. Now the system is ready for disposal.

Classify the complete assembled valve, body,
stem, top and base as general-purpose plastics.

RECYCLING INSTRUCTIONS
Separate the various components of the
stem and proceed to dispose of according to
the symbols shown in the figure below.
