Overview

Statement of the Problem


Based on the study conducted, this aims to give a hassale-free service for the
customers that would the flow of their products. Specifically, it sought answers to the
following questions:

How can the problems encountered by manual monitoring of goods in the

entity be addressed in terms of the following:


a.

Accuracy

b.

Work Efficiency

General Problem:
The main problem of this study is the manual monitoring of the product flows through
buying and selling transactions.

Specific problems include:


1. Manual monitoring is time consuming
2. More work for the employees
3. Possible loss of records of printed receipts from transactions
4. Inefficiency in determining unavailable products
5. Security of product flows is low.

Objective of the Study


This study intends to develop a system which would be of great help to the entitys
operations.

General Objectives

This study aims to aid the problems encountered by the manual system of RCNC
Bookstore with the implementation of a computerized inventory system.

Specific Objectives
1. To increase the security in the flow of goods in and out of the entity.
2. To lessen time consumed by the management in controlling goods flow.
3. To highly integrate data.
4. To create a backup of files in every buy or sell transaction.
5. To find accurate notice of the availability of the goods demanded by customers.
