SUBJECT: Issues with Airmen

The purpose of this memorandum is to inform you of an issue I have noticed in the work of the
younger enlisted airmen of Alpha Flight.

It is my job to ensure that all members of the flight are putting forth their best effort in every
assignment given to them, however, in the last few days, I have noticed a drop in enthusiasm and
a decrease in the quality of completed tasks. These issues may have stemmed from a lack of
motivation due to the recent retirement of Master Sergeant Davis, who was well-liked and upheld
the morale of the flight. Moreover, it is still of upmost importance to treat each mission as if it
were a matter of life or death. Some tasks may seem tedious or boring, but they need to be done
well and with a good attitude.

Please come up with ways to improve morale and work ethic. The techniques you come up with
should be implemented as soon as possible.
