Hudas problem regarding the nationality status of her children.

First of, the fact that she is a saudi women married to a foreigner (English man). When he died,
she decided to go back to Saudi Arabia with her three children 21, 18 both born in England and
14 was born in Saudi Arabia. She is unsure of the status of nationality for her children.
So as long as she is on the Saudi soil, she is obligated to follow the Saudi nationality law.
According to the Saudi Arabian Citizenship System, as for her two mature children 21 and 18, In
my opinion they are considered foreigners because they were born outside the kingdom and their
father's nationality is known (English). So, if for any reason they decided to have the Saudi
arabian nationality after they renounce their English nationality. They must follow some rules
according to Article (9) which states that :
Saudi Citizenship can be granted for foreigners if the following conditions are met:
The applicant must be above the legal age while applying.
The applicant must not be crazy or insane

Also, it says that while applying, the following conditions must be considered :
He must have permanent Resident Permit inside Kingdom for 5 years continuously as
minimum.
He must have good behaviour.
Never sentenced to criminal judgment or imprisonment for more than six months.
He must poof that his income is legal.
Secondly, As for her youngest child who was born outside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we can
read in the nationality system in Article (8) which says :
any person is born inside the Kingdom from Non-Saudi father and Saudi mother -which is in
this case- may be granted Saudi Citizenship after the permission of The Minister of Interior
Affairs only if following these conditions :
Having a permanent Resident Permit (Iqama) when he reaches the legal age.
Having good behaviour, and never sentenced to criminal judgment or imprisonment for
more than six months.
Being fluent in Arabic.
Applying for the citizenship after
one year of reaching the legal age.
