This source was very significant while doing my project due to the fact that it allowed us
to analyze the supreme court's decision on the Curt vs. Kuhn case. This court case
allowed us to see how racism was a very significant aspect during this time period.

taking a stand not only for himself but for people of all races interested in free agency.
