INDUCTION OF ELECTED LR OFFICERS

1. After a year of school LR full implementation, the CID-LRMDS will conduct its annual
assessment and validation at the same time induction of elected LR officers for Cebu City
Division. This activity will be conducted on December 15, 2016 from 1:00 5:00 in the
afternoon at City Central Elementary School Training/Conference Room.
2. School LR coordinators are required to submit the following reports placed in one folder
labeled School LR Reports 2016:

Updated status of LR registration (as of December, 2016);

No. of teachers/school personnel trained/oriented in LRMDS (as of December, 2016);
LR Activities conducted from 2015 to December, 2016

Likewise those schools that have not completed its report/s are reminded to submit along the
reports previously enumerated.

3. School administrators are reminded that participation of the school LR Coordinators shall be
subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance
Therewith.
