It is only because of our need and capability to illustrate some necessary keys work pursuit points, based on
our actual experiences over decades, that we center our conversation specifically around this function and
the business analyst position. Our approach to program design and delivery draws upon the power of realworld, applicable experiences of our faculty and staff, integrated with the knowledge our client partners
share about the challenges they face. SDLC Professional Services, LLC specializes in finding and placing IT
personnel who possess specific functional and technical knowledge and skills associated with an
organization's work across all the phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in whole or any of
its sub-phases or activities. Our firm identifies potential SDLC phases or product deliverables
knowledgeable candidates, screens them in relationship to the expressed needs of the employing
organization and, as a part of the recruitment and placement process, works to insure the optimum and
more productive working relationships between the parties.
SDLC operates across numerous industries and functional business disciplines. Our mission (with its
supporting goals) is to find and provide contract, permanent, consulting and project management personnel
and services to business enterprises and their IT departments as augmenting staff supporting important
business activities. We provide the end corporate client with matches of very talented and highly qualified
information technology specialists and managers in support of corporate on-going business requirements
and functions.
We specialize in finding and placing IT personnel who possess specific functional and technical knowledge
and skills associated with work involving all phases of the SDLC in whole or any of its sub-phases or
activities. Our organization identifies potential SDLC knowledgeable candidates, screens them in
relationship to their expressed needs of the end-client and, as a part of the eventual placement process,
works to insure the optimum and most productive working situation. In this regard, we provide our
services mutually to both clients and candidates in our efforts to insure that the client gets the right
personnel resources to solve an enterprise specific business problem and the candidate has the opportunities
and structure that enables the delivery of the required IT services and end products.
We employ recruitment and placement personnel with 20+ years of experience in the industry with
skills and experiences within the SDLC dating back from the 1970s up to the present. All its
workers have been either as managers or "hands-on", individual contributors in many small,
medium or very large and complex organizations and engagements, both as direct employees or as
consultants/contractors. The experiences of SDLC IT staffing business personnel are the

SDLC Professional Services, LLC personnel are experienced and seasoned IT professionals with
proven knowledge and skills of a strategic and operational level in relationship to 1.) various

cable television, distributorship management, manufacturing management, general accounting,
customer relationship management (CRM), pharmaceutical toxicology... and more.

Recruitment
After an augmentation staffing, recruitment candidate has been identified, he or she is interviewed and
evaluated thoroughly in relationship to 1.) the client's IT business requirement, 2.) the candidates prior
and current work objectives, 3.) the candidates experience, knowledge and motivation as related to the
client requirement and points 1.) and 2.). These involve interviews and evaluations designed to determine
or better understand the candidate's:
Prior work assignments and accomplishments
Technical knowledge within business specific subject area
Technical and intellectual "curiosity"
Self-assessments and motivations for the specific IT assignment or position
Personal ambitions and future goals
In addition, SDLC Professional Services, LLC requires that the candidate be prepared to provide two
recent references from previous managers or supervisor who were thoroughly familiar with the candidate's
subject area knowledge, nature of projects worked and completed, work responsibilities and level associated
with these projects, relevance of the work completed and its' value to the organization and the level of the
complexity of the work accomplished. With this data and these factors meld with our approach, we are
confident that we can match the right candidates to the right work situations.
Placement
For the candidate: because of our real-world work experience, we have developed standardized resume
templates, job search strategies and resources, in support of the candidate, that can be used to succinctly
and clearly define the candidate's capabilities, work experiences and objectives. The resulting resumes are
sent to the end-client in a client specific format, as requested. At this point, continual communication
between the end-client and the candidate will occur until a staff augmentation decision is made.
