RULES AND REGULATION FOR THE TEAM BUILDING

Having a TEAM BUILDING is an exciting adventure where you experience
and develop harmonious relationship, teamwork, and build up solidarity
among your colleagues. It is an opportunity to share your ideas and develop
your personal factors. Because of these differences, and for the safety, team
building has set some important rules and guidelines. Adhering to these
regulations will not only enhance the enjoyment of your activity, but also
ensure that you have a safe one.
1. BUS BEHAVIOUR
The officers as well as the instructors will be with you the entire
activity. The bus must be kept neat and clean. All garbage shall be
disposed of in an appropriate manner. Noise should be kept minimum
so that your driver is not distracted/ to avoid public disturbance.
2. AREA BEHAVIOUR
Treat the area with respect. Keep it neat while you use it. You will be
held responsible for any and all damage you cause. Be mindful at noise
in the area. Except with the express permission of the Group Leader/
Officers/ Heads, no participants/students are (1) to leave the area for
any reason (2) to use other facilities (excluding on the payment).
3. LOST ITEMS OR STOLEN ITEMS
You are responsible for your own belongings. Keep all valuables with
you at all times. Report any missing items directly to your
heads/officers in which you think the items was lost or stolen.
4. STAYING TOGETHER
It is important that you stay together at all times. No one may go
anywhere alone for any reason whatsoever. It is of the utmost
important that your group leader knows where you are at all times.
Remember you are put of the group. Always be on time for scheduled
activities and departure. It is unfair to keep other waiting and you dont
want to miss a thing! The leader of the group should always check the
attendance before and after the activities.
5. BREAKING OUT IN SMALLER GROUP
There are certain parts in the activities where your leader may permit
you to break off into smaller groups. If that is allowed, you must stay in
groups. The Leader will also give explicit instructions as to where and
with whom you are going and on time and place and after the
activities.
6. ALCOHOL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
Students possessing or using alcohol or any narcotic are prohibited. No
weapons of any sort are allowed.
7. COMMON SENSE AND COURTESY

You must be mindful of your safety and well-being throughout the

activity and use you own good judgement at all times. You are
responsible for your possessions as well as for your behavior and will
be held accountable for them.
If the student should violate any of these rules, he/she may send home at
the sole discretion of the Heads, in such cases, the parent/guardians will be
contacted and the student sent home at own expense.

I have read and understand the behavior rules and regulations of the TEAM
BUILDING Activity. To the best of my ability, I will comply with all of these
rules and regulations.

regulations and will do his/her best to comply with all of these rules and
regulations. It is understood that the signature on his behavior contract of

TEAM BUILDING 2016 at Calo Farm, Sanghan, and Cabadbaran City on August 2728, 2016.
This is to certify further that the school management particularly Northern
Mindanao Colleges, Inc. as well as its officials and / or duly authorized preventives
shall not be held liable to any untoward incident beyond control that may happen to
my/our son/daughter in connection with the above mentioned undertaking.
