Municipal Mayor Bacnotan, La Union Dear SIR: Greetings! La Union Cultural Institutes Grade 11 students recently joined the Junior Achiever (JA) Philippines Business Implementation competition held in Manila, Philippines, a competition aimed at developing potential businessmen even at an early age for them to have a better future. During the said event, the students presented the business plan and prototype of the chosen product of their mini company known as Ye Zi Inc. which is the Coconut Lamp, made out of coconut and other local materials intended to be produced and manufactured in Bacnotan, La Union. Due to the excellent presentation done, the Ye Zi Inc, was given by the organizers the opportunity to be included in the competitions second phase which is the Project Implementation, where the production and profitability will be the basis in declaring the winners. Relative to the above, we would like to respectfully request the good Mayors support through the Municipal Agriculture Office to help us coordinate with your coconut farmers and handicrafts experts to serve as our suppliers for the said project. We envision releasing this product to promote the Municipality of Bacnotan and the Province of La Union and to contribute in the achievement of our Provinces vision being the Heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon while developing the potentials of our young entrepreneurs. We are more than willing to present to you our product in your most convenient time.
