COME now the plaintiffs assisted by counsel and to this Honorable Court, most
respectfully state and show that:
1. Plaintiffs are Filipinos, legal age, man and wife, and residents of Barangay Libaong,
Panglao, Bohol.
2. Defendants are heirs of the late Jan Raleigh Bascon, namely:
2.a. SHEVEE BASCON, Filipino, of legal age, widow of the late Jan Raleigh Bascon,
resident of Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City;
2.b. ANNZINNE B. PIN, Filipino, of legal age, married to SAM PIN, with office
address at BASCON INDUSTRIES at 62 VP Inting Avenue, Tagbilaran City, Bohol;
2.c. LUCILLE B. SACDALAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to JEMUEL
SACDALAN, with office addredd at BASCON INDUSTRIES at 62 VP Inting Avenue,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol;
2.d. DUANE BASCON, Filipino, of legal age, married to MAEVEEN BASCON, with
office address at BASCON INDUSTRIES at 62 V.P. Inting Avenue, Tagbilaran City, Bohol;
The may be served with summons and court processes in their respective addresses.
3. During the lifetime of Christopher Yu, he owned and possessed a parcel of land, located
at Libaong, Panglao, Bohol, with an area of 1,540 sq.m, which is more particularly
described as follows:
