1. Fill in the blanks with the correct simple past tense in the worksheet
given based on the short video.
2. Circle the correct answers for true and false questions about the story of
Sara based on the video.
3. Justify their reasons for which activity do they prefer to do based on the
pictures given in front of the class.

Short video consists of unhealthy lifestyle, worksheet for fill in the blanks and
true or false.
Teacher tells a story about her uncle:
Her uncle was admitted to hospital because he did not exercise and keep eating
high calories food such as hamburger, kfc and pizza.
STEP 1 / Presentation:
Teacher shows some actions to students such as jogging, walking and
swimming. Teacher asks students, are all these actions healthy or not?

Can anyone tell me what kind of actions that are not healthy to your
body? Teacher writes students answers on whiteboard and asks them to
read together.

Listening Activity
STEP 2 / Activity 1:
Teacher shows students a short video of a story about A healthier
you. Teacher distributes a worksheet for each student and students
need to listen to the video then they have to fill in the blanks with the
correct simple past tense based on the video. Teacher randomly asks
students to read the answers. (Evaluation of Learning Outcome 1).
STEP 3 / Activity 2:
Teacher distributes a worksheet to each student and they have to answer
true or false questions about the life of Sara based on the video. Teacher
randomly calls students names and asks them the answers.

Speaking Activity
STEP 4 / Activity 3:
Teacher asks the students to form 6 groups consist of 4 members.
Teacher shows two picture, picture A and B using the projector. Picture
A shows outdoor exercise while picture B shows indoor exercise.
Teacher asks students in each group to choose which type of exercises
that they prefer based on the pictures. Teacher also asks the students to
come out with 5 reasons to justify their preferences. Two students from
each group has to come in front of the class and read their reasons
aloud. (Evaluation of Learning Outcome 3).
