machines. Please make sure you have these with you at the airport.
Please do not bend or get the Martix barcode wet. Damaged bar code may not be recognized by self-check-in machine.
Peach check-in & arrivals point are different from other airlines. Please check the location before you come to the airport. Please
complete check-in procedures before the stated deadlines.
-For domestic flights, check-in closes 30 minutes (25 minutes for KIX and Naha) before scheduled departure time.
-For international flights, check-in closes 50 minutes before scheduled departure time.
If check-in is not completed by the deadline specified above, you will not be able to board the flight.

Please check your seat number carefully before taking your seat.
Also, please notice that 12 and 13 rows are the emergency exit rows and seats in 11 and 12 rows cannot recline.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary travel documents to enter and/or transit countries on your itinerary.

About Connection Flights:

Peach does not provide through check-in or through baggage check service.
-Passengers who have booked two separate flights need to check themselves in for both flights separately.
-For passenger with checked baggage, you will also need to collect your baggage on arrival and re-check it in for your next flight.
-Where your second flight is an international flight, you will need to pass through Immigration and Customs. You are responsible
for having all required travel documents (passport, visa etc.)

Change or Cancellation of Flights:

You may be charged for changing or cancelling your reservation. Changes to reservations are accepted via internet and the Contact
Center, or at airport counters up to 1 hour before the departure time. However, changes for Happy Peach can only be made by
midnight, one day before the ight is scheduled to depart. Changes to ights on the day of the departure or the day after will result in
a change to Happy Peach Plus.
1) Checked-in baggage and seats are non-transferable to a new flight. Separate payments will have to be made for purchasing new
seating assignments and for checking in baggage when you change flights.
2) Cancelations made by passengers will not be refunded.
Upon cancellation of a Happy Peach Plus ticket, the value of the fare minus the cancellation fee will be refunded as Peach Points.
