REQUISITION FOR PROPOSAL

MECHANICAL, TANK, AND PIPING WORKS SITE SABANG AND MALINAU

1.

GENERAL
PT. PERUSAHAAN LISTRIK NEGARA (PERSERO) has plan to implement the EPC services, Fixed
Gas Engine Power Plant Package - 1 Project and has issued an invitation to Tender Documents to
undertake of such development plans. PT TRIPATRA Engineers and Constructors (TPEC) had prequalified and had been invited to participate to the tender.
PT TRIPATRA Engineers and Constructors (TPEC) intends to subcontract construction of
Mechanical, Tank, and Piping Works.
It is (to be) clearly understood that all costs related to the preparation of subcontractor proposal
is to be borne solely by the SUBCONTRACTOR and that the selection of the proposed
subcontractors list and the selected subcontractor will be at TPECs sole discretion.
In relation to the above TPEC herewith intends to subcontract part of the work and the work
covered under this RFP is the Mechanical Installation Works.

PRICE AND UNIT PRICE

The price shall be Unit Price in accordance with Appendix C: Schedule of Price.
The condition of unit price is follow:

Unit price shall be fixed and is not subject to any escalation or adjustments whatsoever.
However in the event of any change to the Scope of Work then the unit price shall be
adjusted through a Change Order process.

2.

Taxes (with the exception of VAT) charges, fees, profit, and all other expenses are included
in this Price.

3.

The said unit price shall be the only sum payable by the TPEC to the SUBCONTRACTOR for
the performance of the Scope of Work.

4.

SUBCONTRACTOR acknowledges that all appropriate allowances for the matter and conditions
available at the site have been taken into account in calculating the Rate/Price and determining
the Time of Completion. No increase in the Rate/Price and no extension of the Time of
Completion of the Services based in whole or in part upon any discrepancy between the actual
conditions encountered by the SUBCONTRACTOR and those which SUBCONTRACTOR anticipated
shall be considered by the TPEC/COMPANY.

SCHEDULE
Tentative project schedule is as defined in the attachment E: Schedule of Work.
SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit Detail Schedule based on schedule attachment E.

7.

DOCUMENT TO BE SUBMITTED BY SUBCONTRACTOR/VENDOR IN THE PROPOSAL

1 (one) original and 1 (one) copy of the Proposal shall be submitted on, September 5, 2016 to
