One of the students, Mr. Aziz Aluahadi, started his hunger strike on October 24th, and his fellow students entered the hunger strike 23 days after that in solidarity and with the same demands, Some of them are in critical health status, . Alll of the students were victims of torture and ill treatment since their detention due to their political opinions and non violent protests. In this context: ~ Ate you aware of the situation of these students, who are waiting for over 10 months for a legal trial? ~ Does the EU Delegation in Rabat make a direct follow-up of the situation of the Saharawi political Prisoners with Saharawi organizations such us CODAPSO, ASVDH or CODESA or only with Moroccan NGO's? ~ What steps have been taken following the European Parliament Resolution of 25 November 2010 on the Situation in Western Sahara and to obtain the release of all Sabarawi political prisoners?
