TMS Electronic Grade (Sb2O3) is a specialty grade of antimony trioxide designed for use in
electronic applications. One such application consists of providing flame retardant properties to
resins used in the production of integrated circuit chips. Various critical ions, which can have a
detrimental affect on the performance of the IC chips, are closely controlled and maintained at low
levels.
