You will join the team who are responsible for the management

of our production systems & have proven experience in the following:

Monitoring (Nagios, zabbix, Munin or similar)
Configuration management (Puppet, Chef or similar)
Automating deployments
Database administration
High transaction volume
Backups and recovery
Security
Troubleshooting performance and stability issues
Load balancing, scaling and capacity planning
Mentoring and coaching
Out of hours support
Essential Skills:
Linux system administration
Managing Web services using Apache with mod_perl, Nginx, Tomcat, PHP
RDBMS management, ideally MySQL
Scripting in Perl or Python and Bash
Networking
Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
Virtualization
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Percona MySQL HA solution or similar
